After graduating from McMaster University with a degree in Economics, Peter joined Midland Doherty, today known as CIBC Wood Gundy. Mortgage brokering was in its infancy and Peter found it very intriguing, preferring to give money to clients to invest rather than asking for it to invest. Over the last 22 years he has been passionate about helping thousands realize their dreams of homeownership … all with no fees for his assistance! Peter’s client base has expanded on the principle “Get by Giving” … help in any way you can and the referrals will follow. His mission is to ensure that his clients are so completely satisfied with his level of service that they will be eager to introduce him to their family, friends, and colleagues. Andre has a wealth of financial services experience, beginning his career after graduating from the University of Western Ontario in the early 90's. After working for a major bank in the credit division, Andre joined one of Canada’s largest and most respected trust companies in their mortgage adjudication and underwriting divisions. He was subsequently recruited into Canada’s largest mortgage brokerage as Regional Manager where he worked with over 120 mortgage consultants on their business planning, marketing, recruiting, and mortgage placement strategies, which provided excellent learning prior to his partnering with Peter Majthenyi in 2002. Since that time Andre has been working as a successful Mortgage Planner, having built his business through referrals from satisfied customers and referral sources. Andre has appeared on BNN Business News Network, and has been quoted in the Globe and Mail, Global National and Toronto Life magazine.

Nadia Saraiva, Office Manager

Nadia manages the office, with all administrators reporting directly to her. Nadia’s responsibilities are to ensure that our systems and processes are implemented and effective. She is also certified to manage and approve all of our borrowers’ documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy both before and after closing. She has mastered alleviating borrowers' “Mortgage Anxiety”.

Aba Recchia, Administrative Assistant

Aba is at our front desk and focuses primarily on client care. Her responsibility is to ensure our clients have everything they need on a timely basis. She is also certified to address mortgage questions and is trained to assist Nadia. The management of our client data base is also a key responsibility for Aba.

Mihaela Ceobanasu, File manager

Mihaela's responsibilities include preparing all mortgage documents for our borrowers to sign. She also orders appraisals and gathers other critical information to ensure closing takes place in a timely manner. She is certified to address all mortgage related questions.
